Welcome to Reel Screamer Charters! An offshore fishing charter out of Tavernier, Florida located between Key Largo and Islamorada Florida started by Captain Eddy Cabrera. With his love and passion for offshore fishing that started at a young age, he started his charter business for families and friends to enjoy and make great memories out on the water. Being in the Florida Keys, the variety of fish is endless and anybody can chase that one fish they have been looking for. In the summer we spend time chasing mahi mahi, blackfin tuna, and deep dropping for tilefish, snappers, and groupers and in the winter months chasing kingfish, wahoo, sailfish and blackfin tuna on the wrecks. Certain species like yellowtail snapper, mutton snapper, grouper, and swordfish bite all year long. Reel Screamer Charters a wide variety of offshore charters such as Half-Day Charters, 3/4 Day Charters, Full-Day Charters, and Sword Fishing Charters. Start of every trip, pickup is at Angler Eddy's Bait and Tackle to meet Capt. Eddy on the 25 contender. Whatever trip is booked, you will either head to reef for bottom fishing, kite fishing, wreck fishing, trolling or you will be headed offshore for trolling, live bait fishing, deep dropping, or swordfishing depending on the time of the year and what is biting. At the end of every trip, all fish is cleaned and bagged for customers to take home!

four hour charter

4-Hour Reef/Wreck Charters

Half day trips takes place 4-8 miles on the reefs and wrecks of Islamorada. Expect to catch yellowtail snapper, mutton snapper, grouper, sailfish, wahoo, kingfish and other reef and pelagic species depending on the time of the year. Great option for beginners, families, kids, and anglers of all skill levels.

10-Hour Swordfish Charters

This trip is a target specific trip. With the rise in popularity in swordfish, these giant creatures are a trophy worth looking for. Run 30 miles to the ledge and you fish all electric reels and drop for that one bite! While swordfishing, there are plenty of delicious by catch that will come along. This trip is more for Swordfish specific enthusiast!

six hour charter

6 Hour Charter

3/4 trips are much better for more time to target a certain species or to fill the box more. You have the option to either fish the reef, offshore, or both! This allows more techniques such as trolling, deep dropping, kite fishing etc. Great trip for all anglers and ages!

Our Pick Up Location Is At Angler Eddy's Bait And Tackle In Tavernier Florida. A local tackle shop with coolers full of drinks and snacks and all kind of apparel to grab for your trip!
